As you browse through the StepIn Trends Website, Select your desired shoes. Click on the Add to Cart button and proceed to checkout. Provide relevant information for successful check-out.

You can purchase your items through COD (cash on delivery) or Credit/Debit Card.

Get free delivery upon the purchase of Rs 3000- (Three Thousand). For purchases, less than 3000/- (Three Thousand) delivery charges of Rs.300 (Three hundred) will charge.

We deliver all over Pakistan.

1.Size is exchangeable, delivery charges will be applicable.

2. If product is defective, we will replace it on first priority.

3. If we did mistake in sending you wrong size we will pay for delivery or if the size issue is from your side you have to pay for delivery.

Orders are shipped from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Any order placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following week.

Once you have placed your order. You will get an SMS and confirmation call. You will also receive an SMS from our logistics partner along with the tracking code so you can track your order easily. You may also receive a call from the courier company for address confirmation.

When your order arrives, the courier will allow you to open the parcel and inspect the contents before accepting it.

Once your order is placed, the product handling time is 1-2 business days after purchase, with delivery expected to take around 2-4 business days. Shipment times may vary for each order, so please bear with us. If you have any questions about your shipment, don't hesitate to contact us!

Yes, Size exchanges are available for our products, with applicable delivery charges. If you receive a defective item, we'll replace it promptly. In the event that we send you the wrong size, we'll cover the delivery costs for the replacement.

If you receive a defective item, simply send us a picture of the item along with your order number. If the item delivered to you is defective, we'll send you a free replacement. All we require is a photo of the defective item.
