3. Sunglasses can be exchanged within 07 days of the order, provided they are in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging intact.
4. We offer a door-to-door exchange service for your convenience, with a delivery charge of 450 rupees.
5. Our delivery team will come to your location to collect the previous sunglasses and deliver the new ones.
6. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds for exchanges.
7. If the new sunglasses you want to exchange for are of a higher value than the previous pair, you will be required to pay the difference in price.
8. Oakley sunglasses are not eligible for replacement or exchange unless there is a fault from our end. In such cases, we will verify the issue through our product dispatching videos, and proceed with the exchange accordingly.
